Terms & Conditions for BlueSun2 Boat Charters regarding the hire of a charter boat. These may be subject to change without notice. Other details will be provided on your Booking Forms or Contracts.
Payment / Refund Policy
BlueSun Travel operates a no-refund policy where if you cancel a booking, at any time, prior to the day of your Event, you will forfeit your deposit or any monies paid. You may also be subject to applicable associated fees and charges imposed by third parties or organisations, this includes, but not limited to, non-refundable deposits paid to other organisations as part of the Event, merchant fees, bank fees etc.
Per the Terms & Conditions specified on all Booking Forms, BlueSun Travel requires full payment 30-days prior to your charter boat hire Event. The Customer and/or hirer of the vessel, as stated on the Booking Forms, will be required to make these payments.
All charter boat hire cruise prices, specials and cruise deals are subject to availability and can change without prior notice. A final quoted price will always be provided on a Booking Form contract that the hirer of the vessel has signed and agreed to. This further includes acknowledgement by the Hirer that they have read and agreed to the “Charter Vessel Code of Conduct”
Cancellation and change fees will apply. Bookings may be subject to compulsory credit card fees and services charges. Full Terms and Conditions are available on all Booking Forms and/or through our office.
Our systems are semi-automated, What this means is that any interaction with the us whereby you are required to submit payment, or otherwise agree to submit payment for goods and services for an Event when entered into our booking system, means that our system will send you an email confirmation that interaction. This can be, but not limited to, Notification of Booking, Confirmation of Booking, Change of Booking, Status of Booking. If you have not received any notification of such interaction then you must first check any “spam” or “junk” folders that your email system utilises and if you still cannot locate any notification please contact us immediately. Failure to inform the Company that you, the Customer have not received notification of rescheduled, cancelled or otherwise changed Event dates or times shall not allow the Customer exemption from the Refund Policy nor shall the Company be held liable for any compensation due to this.
